I missex it a bit but learned a lot. Dryout this time was easier. Keeping bf low will make a huge difference of course. Had a great cycle!

Seems that i should keep drier with mast pumpin. Need 210 @ sub 12% to make lt heavies in June. But a rocked middleweight will work ;)

No water today but still had my double espresso...black as night. Basic meals with broccoli to raise potassium. I feel great! The countdown to pics for ebc starts tomorrow. Sleepin with legs elevated. Lookin for lil separation of quads.

Espresso is a very dark bean but there's different ways i do it. It's the superfine grind that makes it strong like that. I like to go to the local warehouse market where the beans are fresh and you can grind em yourself. Costs less than the namebrands. If i don't use the espresso bean I'll switch flavors with French or Italian roasted beans. Peets, Starbucks etc have either beans that you grind at home or preground. I have the home grinder too. So i can have it bean fresh. Just grind it longer for superfine cut. The water is what makes the coffee. Filtered water won't add chlorine or hard calcium flavors so you taste just the bean.

A couple years ago I bought a Jura Capresso coffee machine. This sucker does it all. Grinds the beans, makes espresso, Americano, lattes, cappuchinos. I literally can't live without it, and we have already decided if/when it craps out, we are going to replace it. Same day.

The communication so far has been very good, I'm awaiting my 1st very small trial run with Kodiaks orals. Then I will have the liq's tested. I've have some good experiences with only 2 outfit's on Eroids so far & I'm hoping Kodiak can join the club. I'm hearing good things & hoping they can live up to it.... I'll find out soon and let everyone know.....
