Sweet. After a little bit of complications i recieved my pack. All thru the delay grrrl was communicating with me and was very professional and threw in a fair amount of extras to make up for the delay! I am pleased with choosing KQ. I am glad i pay attention to the vets alot on this site and knew that things would work out! THANKS GRRRL

Yep it sure did. Your comments helped. Often i see newbs acting like its orderin shoes online. Then start complainin rite away and noticed it didnt seem to help. Your words helped out too. Ill post up pics later and try the v/c tonite then have my girl post the review! Lol

No doubt thats why I was surprised when it took longer than 2 days lol I know things will be made right. Always had great communication, service and gear. Despite this hiccup Im a loyal customer.

In the same boat. Ordered sept 19th, paid 20th and still nothing. She has always been good to me in the past so I hope this isn't going to be a problem. I'm not going to talk about our PM's other then she said there was Shipper issues.

Hey Grrrl, I was hoping you could provide info on my gear.. I placed the order back on Sept.20th and you said it was shipped on Sept.23rd. Its Oct. 10th and still no gear.. This T/A is unusually long for a domestic order. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
