My boy who I got the hyges and mast prop for, which I bought from here, is seeing DAILY changes. Especially from that mast holy shit he looks great! He was trying to cut, but has gained weight which sounds weird but
It's not bad because it's all muscle and he has actually lost like 4% bodyfat so far.
