Its 14 week cycle. Prop kicker first 4 weeks.
If you eat big and clean you should put On at least 25 solid pounds. Make sure to run Aromasin with this.

it should be listed in the product description but I think there are nine or ten vials.. .. my tab guy went on a sudden vacation .. I have another who can step in but it will be an extra week or two before he can get them to me
