It's just that I'm in contest prep and I did a stupid thing. That is, I didn't fully prep with all the gear I need. Bad decision but it is what it is. I'm 9 weeks out from this upcoming Monday.

Some brewers like to disguise mast p as either more prop or npp and that would disappoint me lol

IMO keep the carbs to a minimum, as if you were dieting for contest prep. That is, if you want to look super shredded.

Just eat chicken breasts every day with sriracha sauce and you're golden. Throw in egg whites for breakfast and before bed.

I would like to tell you about a situation I had yesterday with the queen...I had sent money and when she went to pick it up it said there were no funds on it.....I have been a very good customer for a while now.....she could of just said to bad like moneypak did, but no not her. She said no problem I believe what you are saying and I will still send you what you ordered.....Now that is the way to take care of biz......kodiakqueen has my biz for life....She is a real stand up girlll.........I just wanted to tell her how much I appreciate her compassion.
