That's a sound workout! I always do multiple muscle groups together...but I only hit the gym 3x/wk too ;-)

RustyhookerTrippy how everyones body reacts differently. Old labrada workout vids, he hits one group heavy for 45mins with lil breaks and done. Dudes huge. Then Dorian went oldschool blasting multiples to failure.
Today after warmup my military up 40lbs 15reps. When 10 was hard drop 20 and repeat. Upright rows up 20 same method. Tris, everything felt light so drop set without waiting.
Took some base measurements last week and goals set. Long as freezer is full. Lol
Me personally...I never enjoyed high volume single muscle group splits 5x/wk. Killed my joints and tendons...plus I just didn't see a point to doing 9 sets of bicep exercises. But hey...that's a BB thing I guess, a different goal for a different person ;-)
Its all about that food!! Yessir...I love my freezer
