Actually I was lifting some medium weight today, incline bench 5x5 worked up to 260lbs for 3 sets. Did some more rows again...just 235 today tho ;-)
I lifted about 2 pizzas and an oven from the empty house across the way to make said pizzas as my oven shit the bed... I wish I were kidding..and now I have to put the oven back... One of many reasons not to sell a house while you are not living within said house...people like me will "borrow" your oven. Or at least hire an agent that checks to see if the basement door is locked...
