Hey guys posted some pics I been working out for five years but took two years off and diet wasn't always right let me know what you think and what I can do to change my physique done a lot of MMA training that's why I took two years off can't get to thick lol you lose flexability

Tis amazing work indeed! This had been my first look at our queen and I thought the cover up on the tattoo looked like tree bark...i thought...what an awesome tattoo!!! Then I took a closer look lol
