Ok cool, so we got time! I vary up workouts EVERY time tho, so I will cook something up.
how did it go ? i went today despite being sick .. two weeks out of the gym is killing me just as bad as being sick ..
When I get the flu, it knocks me out for weeks. Can't eat. Can't work out. Can barely move at all.
Last time, I lost more than 25 pounds in three weeks. No kidding.

im sick now and its killing me no appetite , not eating the amounts im supposed to forcing water down. hate missing the gym. but it isn't beneficial to hit the gym if your diet and hydrations off soo until then im gathering strength.
ugh... I measured my arms last night ;-( I ve lost a quarter of an inch.. I ve lost so much weight I can see my abs .. I m about as bad ass as a wet dish rag and i m sooooooooo hungry and can't keep any of it in ... I keep trying to eat though even if my body hates me .. and hate me it does
Started running some IGF for my joints...so I got VERY pumped! Last great workout. I know how it'll feel here as I have to take time off too :-/
