It's definitely going around. I had the worst one I've ever had last week. I had to break down and see my doctor. My lymph nodes on one side swelled out almost as far as my gigantic ears. I bounced back after 4 days, but I don't think I would have without antibiotics. It kept me in bed for 2 of those days

Pretty easy calories right there. I do 2 cups oatmeal mix it with water, 2 scoops whey and some olive oil then down the hatch.
