My left quad does not like getting pinned. Just pushing the needle in burns like fire and continues to hurt while slowly injecting. I get a little pip, nothing bad though. I don't have issues with any other sites. I just stopped pinning my left quad.
Its common. Could be a number of things could be nerve endings, could be because your using your other hand and tend to shake more with that one due to it not being your dominant hand, could be some scar tissue , could be rushing the pin because its an uncomfortable position for you, are you making sure the alcohol is dry before you pin? Could be numerous reasons.

lol I prefer my big propane grill outside , I would have to clean the George foreman , and I don't have time for that. Between my wife and I we go through 15 lbs. of chicken every 5 days. Let alone the red meat, that foreman would be in the sink too often.
