you could have covered up by offering your neighbor some sort of pastry and coffee.. you could have said that you were reenacting a scene from a historical play for your wife .... or something like that.. or better yet you could have recited some french poetry .. yeah, next time use poetry .. ;-)

I blended oatmeal down to flower texture and make a pancake out of the oatmeal and slowed cook strawberries with blue berries this morning with a glass of milk god it was good. Just got done with the workout now heading home to grill
