I eat my carbs first then i make eggs or drink my protein ... just depends on the day ;-) .. weekends i carb up with the french toast and pancakes ... week days my first meal is usually a pbnj on my way to the gym. it's about the only thing that doesn't upset my stomach and since I train early I have to eat
