MightyMatt812Well if it helps last cycle was 750 test 300 npp and 450 mast e and my body doesn't aromitize quickly and I got away with .25 a week at week6 arimidex and had bloods estro stayed in normal ranged but that's just my body also only ran 25mg proviron my body don't like 50 for sume reason
I use an AI over 500mg test. Even with mast, but I usually run such a small dose of mast. IMO ppl tend to use too high of doses on many compounds. And being that we all aromatize differently, you will have to gauge with your libido and if you are swelling in your ankles and such...edema in your calves. It's a delicate balance btwn being dry and on point and being TOO dry if that makes sense. Sometimes it takes years to dial in how and what makes you feel the best.
Yea I hear u on the "it takes time to dial in" part.....I dont stray away from my same compounds. Prop, tren, cyp, var is all I use....this is my first go w mast......and right now the ankles wouldnt tell me much cuz I have gh in play also. So the thats a whole nother lessoms coming as we speak also. Dealing w the water retention an such.
That's good man. I don't mess with anything but test, 19's, mast and orals. This spring will be first experiment with EQ...just to see something. Low dose too
But in my most honest opinion...it took me the better part of two years to figure out if I need an AI or not with or without bloods to prove it. And just for a point of reference...even if you do get bloods done on high levels of test and your estro is over the threshold...it's not something to worry bout, you gotta think bout the RATIO. Cuz estro does benefit your growth, recovery and obviously your libido ;-)
RustyhookerHard to tell without cycle posted or your typical ai use. Mast/provi combo can help some in that area but the letro guys on just 300 test, not so much. Ive run it up at 900 or low at 400 depending. Still dialling it in.
Right on....yea see I don't even remember the last time I ran my test higher than 750...I've only ran test higher than that once. I usually run my tren just a Lil higher. So through blood work I been able to dial in my adex dose on 750 test...I've done rreally well w .5 adex e3d......if I'm running my test at 500 .25 e3d
I jus started a week an half ago.....right now running 200cyp+400prop/800tren/500mast wk....but now w the mast involved I was thinking of cutting back my adex to .25........noticed really achey joints yesterday during my presses......and also chapped lips.
RustyhookerExcellent sir. Ya, you should be really dry that stack. Too dry might crash estro and halt gains. Slightly oilly and horney is good zone for me. Dry lips, dry skin, squeaky joints is low estro for me. Need that e2 for joints alone. The prop should help estro come up in few days.
Last cycle I ran test 750...mast 750 and bumped tne to keep from drying out. Good mast is really strong.
Thanks homie....see im always hearimg about "good mast" and "low quality bunk mast" ......w the bunk mast being the one floating around more......so im being real careful w who I roll wit as far as mast goes. Last time I ended up w bunk npp for my first roll w it all it did was make me reall ifffy everytime I shopped for npp again.
