How did your meet go?
1st place. PR'd my meet total by 15lbs. Such a game of inches. IDK how these mofos do this...get these 1800, 2K, 2K+ totals. Goddamn beasts. Mine is only 1510 :(
I have at minimum 100lbs to add just to get to Raw Unity.
I totally tanked my 3rd attempt at bench and pulls tho. My total could've been 1580 or so. Oh well...try again in 6 months!!! That's what training is for...TECHNIQUE
technique form and training (not over training) are everything ..I can't tell you what fixing my bench press form did for my numbers ... even though my lifts went down when I went back to the higher weights it was like night and day .... .
exactly!! you know this...I know this now. MOST ppl DON'T know this/that. Back to the ol drawing board tonight ;-)
MightyMatt812You will get that shit next time bro give u something to work toward and push harder it's still a kick ass total tho congrats
Congrats on the PR! 1510 is awesome...A lot of all around strength. All I have is a half way decent bench. My hats off to you brother. I can't train deadlift or squat because of my old ass back. i would just end up in pain and misery.

I m restocking
Anyone heard if and when she will have anything in stock? The website looks like a ghost town, and Affliction's site has been MIA for months. Like the products and service and want to continue to support them but a man has needs.
It's been down since labor day weekend .. we have a new site that we are trying to work the bugs out of we have had stock and keep selling out ... I m restocking this evening.... sorry if I can't work fast enough for you all but if I make errors then people have to wait ... when people wait they get impatient .. when they get impatient they flood me with emails .. when they flood me with emails I have to spend time answering emails ... when I have to spend time answering emails I don't have time to do other things ... and so on ..
HK1911What other things you had in mind ?
like figuring out what the promo is and counting stock so I can post it
HK1911Lol jk ;)
