Much easier to drink when I'm trying to hit 4000 calories a day. Eating is a chore!
i actually haven't eaten above several hundred cals for the last few weeks ... i tried a whole can of progresso soup and I thought i was going to puke it all back up ;-(

I tried it with just water and didn't care for it and I was like if I'm going to drink it on a reg basis it's got to have some taste to it.
How do you currently make yours? Just water?
Handful of ice, 3/4-1c of water. Blend it up in a bullet and drink up
