I did see it go to shit and figured since it doesn't happen very frequently that I would let you all have some off the cuff fun ... I've actually trained with some of the women that were brought up .. anyway I took a mental health break and I m back so back to business of food and more food ... all is forgiven ...

Extremely Good video that mate, just watched it. That is some severe dedication - 6 hours a day training on top of studying and carrying that damn bar around all day! I'm amazed she could even think at the end of the day.

So... I've been MIA for a minute recovering from this surgery. I jump on and Grrl has a new site. And what do I see? Blue hearts?!?! Whoa!!! No way... Its time to stock up on the dbol!! Anyone using it? If so, real deal? Not that I'd think she'd sale that fake shit. Legit blue hearts! Freakin 20mg a day stuff! Am I dreaming? Hands down the best dbol I've ever had.
