It will brother you have the drive! I've been very humbled at the amount of effort it takes to drop bf. Grrl as well as plenty of others have given me tips that are and have worked...yet the process is slower than I had originally thought. I know I could ramp up the mgs seeing Im only just over 1/2 a gram a week in all but tbh I fkn hate pinning nowadays. Unfortunately its a necessary evil in my case. All that shit aside...however long this does take...being Ive become more disciplined food wise...when I reach the mark...my climb back up will be of much higher quality. So in the shadows of my current goal...there is a goal on deck to hit 350. But not sloppy. That will be a breeze after tackling this someofabitch lol

You gonna use the TNE pre workout or more for protein uptake? I've always used it pre workout but the protein uptake part of it has me interested.
Ya I like the protein uptake idea of use. Read GJ thread was a good read. I was thinking of using it before and after on lifting days before my post work out meal. Small doses.
