Love Beef when its braised for hours and it becomes so tender and just falls apart - in fact I had some earlier today in red wine and onion sauce with a parmesan dumpling Lol

And not starve oneself and be weak and little...lol

plus eating good food it is one of the few things in life you can actually enjoy.

I've yet to find an exercise that beats Deadlifts for generating a MASSIVE appetite - Squats do to a degree but I find more thirst than anything for the first 24hrs until the natural adrenaline/GH wears off
