InspectorGadgetKale. Im eating more kale with spinach and drinking more water. I think Im feeling more energetic now and just maybe has helped with soreness. Im getting big o. Test c , test p . Strength is through the roof. Honestly 600mg a week. Ive taken more mg s per week in previous cycles and didnt get as good results but Im akso smarter now and know what works for me so I think we all need to find that magic # and remember sometimes less is more
