You can't fit 20 ml in a hcg vial. Where do you get your info? You mix 2ml in a 5000i.u. vial. This will give you 2500i.u./ml, if you want to use 250i.u. this would equal .1ml or the 10 units mark on a insulin syringe.
What's your purpose for considering HCG? If you on TRT for life then you've already concluded your shut down forever. 250 i.u. of HCG isn't going to do anything. If your trying to bring back your nuts your going to need to shoot 1000 i.u. per day for 10-20 days followed by clomid for 4 weeks possibly Nolvadex too

I will say that yes a lot of people don't try to do it naturally but these younger generations have very low test levels compared to older people. It's.very common for these younger kids to have very low levels and a lot of them don't use drugs or live unhealthy lifestyles.
