I am a ectomorph the first advise I got was eat everything and when you are done eat more. If you are having trouble eating protein drink protein with 4 of your meals. Not THAT pricey lol. Costco has 5 dozen going for $17.99, used to be $7.99 though. It is still relatively cheap when compared to steak/salmon, 5 dozen lasts a good bit when mixed with egg whites separately. 3 whole eggs along with 1/2 cup of whites each morning, with oatmeal on the side/blueberries on top, tasty breakfast ...goes far and pretty cost effective in the long run.

Steak keeps me full. I usually eat burgers. I’m hungry within two - three hours of a burger. Steak I’m full all day.
Cause steak takes longer for the body to break down and process, as compared to ground burger beef patties. Try chewing the steak throuroughly prior to ingesting, really chew it down before goin down the hatch. It will be digested better and quicker, hence making you hungrier faster than usual while eating steak.
I think you are taking unnecessary risk doing roids. Because roids can enlarge organs. You have Marfan Syn. why take risks. I am not a doctor I would be scared to recommend creatine to you. Your best bet is to talk to a trt doctor. Someone whom understands steroids and medical conditions. I never even knew about Marfan until you mentioned it in your bio.

Most guys think anavar with primo but I’ll tell ya if you’re truly single digit body fat throw in anadrol with primo and it’s just an unreal look. The fullness with shrink wrapped skin will break necks inside and out of the gym
