That's 222 grams of protein, wow. That is a lot of eggs I hope mostly egg whites otherwise you will get itchy if you add too many yolk's.
My total protein intake yesterday day was 270 and total carb intake was around 478. I am trying to push my protein higher today get it close to 300 grams. I ate 4 egg's at 3am this morning and plan to add more chicken to my diet every day till piss turns dark brown which just means I am not utilizing the protein and I am over working my kidneys., and just pissing the protein out. I am trying to push my carbs up over 500 grams but being careful so not to get fat I get super pumped (from the carbs) at my first rep. nothing painful like drol lower back pump but pretty extreme.

If I eat only egg whites I get bad gas. When I eat whole raw eggs that doesn't happen. I also take digestive enzymes to help break everything down.
