Same thing happened to me when I ordered this past Monday.
Na nothing really to do with CB and absolutely nothing to do with NoExcuses. BTC fees have been crazy high the past few days (google is your friend) due to some bad congestion. Today they appear to have finally cleared up and are pretty close to normal.
