I'm about to start 50mg of anavar split 25mg 2 times daily for 25 days. Is nolvadex a good PCT? If so, how long should I wait after the anavar to start taking it? And how many mgs for how many days?
You would need Clomid as well and it isn’t really ideal to do oral only cycles. If you’re worried about side effects, run Prop with Var instead of long esters.

You don’t even know if you need to run Clomid or nolva for PCT? You don’t even know what the proper way to run a cycle let alone a pct protocol. Are you sure you should be using anything? Are you even of recommended age to run gear?You’ll be shut down so you’ll need a full pct protocol.

When someone runs a poorly designed cycle the first thing they blame it on is the gear, when the gear is just fine, but it is the dumb cycle and poor diet and training that led to failure. Steroids aren't a magic wand and instantly build muscle, you still have to design a proper cycle on top of a diet and workout regime tailored to your goals.
Ok well tell me what's up. What should I do? I've got 50 anavar 50mg on the way and some nolvadex. What's my next steps to get started? And yeah I'm new. Help me out.

Put the var and the Nolvadex away and spend the next few months researching 1st cycles. Oral only cycles are a recipe for disaster. You'll shut your sysyem down which could result in lifelong hormonal anarchy. The only oral you should be considering during a 1st run is an AI(should you need one) and of course your PCT.
Read/study/learn rinse and repeat.
