I donated in February. My hemoglobin was 18.8gm/dl and I was running 75mg of test e a week. EQ would probably kill me. Lol
Constant blood donation isn’t necessarily a good thing. You want to get bloodwork done, frequently at first to see how your body tolerates the compounds. Donate as needed, maybe a little more to help those that are in need of it, but at the end of the day you need your blood. Keep in mind, just food for thought, the Red Cross gives you a gift card or T-shirt for your donation, then sells your donation to a hospital for around $150, that same hospital then charges you a couple grand if you are injured and need a transfusion…
The people that work for Red Cross need to be paid.
