Last time I ran it was 600mg a week. I also got it on a BOGO sale and a double ship (first pack took 30 days so they reshipped and both landed within a few days of each other) lol so I had 14 bottles of it. I see people running 300mg a week but I think it shines at 500-600mg.
What kind of results did you get from the DHB? I've never tried this
It’s good stuff. Some people say it’s the “sideless tren.” I wouldn’t go that far, but it’s definitely stronger than most compounds. Hard, dense, quality muscle, and fat loss. I was able to still make gains while in a deficit. Felt pretty good overall. Really the only negative is the pip. That is not an exaggeration when you hear about it. I was so happy to go from 2cc of DHB + 1cc of test 3x weekly to 1/2 cc of test 2x a week. I rotate cheeks every pin and the cheek that got two pins in a week was rough - that second shot of the week was painful because I was pinning through an already sore lump pretty much. You could get away with twice a week but I wanted to try it high dose. 3cc of it would have been too much to pin at once (2cc already was).
Good to know. Think when I run it I will do daily injections to keep volume down. 0.7ml (70mg) a day mixed with a little test will hopefully make it tolerable. Would be 490mg/week. And thinking around 500 test with it.
That should work. 3 pins a week is enough for me. If you’re ok with daily pinning then run it.
How long? Will 3 bottles be enough at 300 a week?
So you have 3 bottles of 100mg per ml. 10ml = 1000mg per bottle x 3 bottles is 3000mg. 3000mg/300mg = 10 weeks. I ran it for over 20 weeks. Probably shouldn’t have. Great results though. I’d grab another bottle to do at least 12 weeks. Should be fine at a lower dose.

Weeks at 300mg a week. I know Makwa liked DHB for 14 weeks but if it’s a first time with dhb 10 weeks isn’t bad you could always see how you like it and order more to prolong the cycle.

I’m starting to feel sleepy, but happy and have started getting more compliments regarding my physique. Definitely can feel something but still in the early stages. Wish I could post pics but way too many tattoos.
