These bloods were taken at week 7. I've been on 300mg Test E. Split 150 Sundays and 150 Wednesdays. The blood was drawn in week 7, Thursday morning, having skipped my normal Wednesday dose. So I guess that's some what of a trough. I'm wondering if I should address this or if I should just ride this out. Based on my levels, my e2 is high. Other than what it says on paper, I feel mostly okay. However I may feel, it's completely manageable and and I could easily ignore it and push on. I've tried researching around, but it's hard to find a decent answer because in my case, I don't have any major symptoms, atleast in my eyes. My "biggest" symptom and the one I'm most concerned about is the water retention. My feet and ankles are swollen. Nothing hurts and I'm not pitting. I've only noticed when I went to slide on my pretied shoes on that normally slip right on, now I have to force them on and are a very tight fit. Another symptom is during sex, I'll lose my boner and it's hard to "get off". I still get random boners randomly throughout the day though. Also my libido isn't through the roof as it was the first 5 weeks or so. So those 2 symptoms, boners and feet lol, mainly the swollen feet/ankles is what I'm dealing with. I dont sweat when I'm relaxing or at night, but sweat like a waterfall when I put in labor (work/gym). I drink plenty of water.
I only have aromasin 12.5s and also liquid form. And nolva.
My bloods only have Test E.. again, taken during week 7.
At the start of week 8, before getting results back (because I feel fine for the most part), I added 5mg cialis ed.. and Var 50mg ed.
I'm extremely happy with all the products so far from PureA.. especially as evidence by my blood work.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do, if anything, about the e2?

When they say treat the symptoms and not the number, there is a limit to that. You want as much E2 as you can comfortably tolerate, but that doesn’t mean cruising around with the E2 of an ovulating woman in the middle of her cycle. Swollen ankles aka “edema” is one of those cut and dry, I need an AI symptoms. 2x outside the top of the reference range, give or take, depending on personal preference, is where you want to conduct your business. Over 4x is just way too much. My advice to you would be to knock it down with that Asin you have.
I've never needed an AI before.. how much asin and what intervals do you think? I don't wanna over shoot it and completely crush my E. I've read people taking 25mg daily. That seems way too much.. but then again, I have high levels, so idk how much is enough or how little is not enough to count.
You never needed an AI before? Was this determined through bloodwork or symptoms? Seems as if you are aromatizing fairly heavily on 300mg of test. Was this an ultra sensitive E2 test? If not, order ultra sensitive next time. Correct, you do not want to tank your E2. You’re in a good position of being able to fairly tolerate where you are at, so there is no need to get crazy the Asin. You didn’t mention any spicy nips or anything. If it were me, personally, I would use 12.5mg EOD and keep everything else the same. Pay attention to your body and how you feel. The swelling in your ankles should move over to your dick. Retest E2 in a few weeks and then you will have some excellent information about yourself.
I know, I keep meaning to mention it and forgot.. but no, I don't have any itchy nips or lumps or anything that'd make me believe anything is starting come. And I believe the estrogen test was sensitive. I just quickly googled it and google says a sensitive test is LC-MS.. if that's true, then yes that's what I got.
And I meant about any of cycles I've never needed an AI.. but granted, I've never been tested for estrogen until this one. My lab (local hospital) only offers E test via a doctors appt only. Anything else I can just pay to get, fairly cheap.. except for estrogen. It's a pain. But I've never had any out of wack e2 symptoms to feel the need to go ask..
And thx for the help. Do I just keep taking 12.5 eod until end of cycle? Or just for like a week or 2?
Edit: I wanted to also say is that I think I'll start at e3.5 days at 12.5. I'd rather play it safe and have it on the higher end than to possibly take too much too soon and then be stuck on the lower end. Apperantly Asin is a bitch to bounce back from, depending on how quick my body makes aromatase enzyme. I'm still learning.
How long do I take it for though? Just until I feel better?

Well now, considering that I know more of your situation, how problematic it is to retest, you not having really to many negative sides regarding E2, I would just say then 12.5mg on injection days, so 2x per week. That will only improve your condition and will be able ride that out for the rest of your cycle. If you are able to pull bloods again, do so, then you can adjust, if so desired. Or if you can’t pull bloods, you can bump it up a little bit in a few weeks based on the level of improvement of your edema/erectile issues. It can be difficult dialing in an AI but once you got it, you got it. It’s just about being able to associate how you physically respond to high E2 with what you see on bloods
Remember, take everything anyone tells you on here, myself included, with a grain of salt. My suggestion above is what I would do if I had bloods come back with an E2 of 133. That is based on knowing myself and my body. With that said, some more conservative options for your situation would be to dose that 12.5mg 3x per week, or only on injection days. Whatever you decide, make sure you retest ultra sensitive and nice job pulling bloods btw.

Your losing wood and having a hard time getting off because your estrogen is bent out of the frame there buddy. Need to start taking that aromasin right now. I've never used aromasin so I can't really say from experience what to do but I'd be researching it right now, taking it, and scheduling another test
It’s quiet in here and I don’t like it. Pinned 1.5cc of TNE and took 10mg Cialis sublingual pre-workout and crushed shoulders this morning. I should probably calm down with the TNE but I like feeling superhuman. It’s not as effective when used often in my experience.
