AK80Yes, same as @YRB below except on weekends in case I have some drinks. It's a decent fat burner and your legs/back will be very pumped in the gym. Overall vascularity. Not as much strength as Superdrol or Tren though.

same for me all my fat is right in stomach and love handles lost a lot around love handles and mid section is getting tighter the var probably has helped im coming out of a deficit diet fatigue is starting too kick in so well see how progress continues!
i am running 25mg am and 25mg pm first time running it so not sure what too expect also running test e @ 500 week but i keep getting stronger every lift im a bit higher bf so not sure what your looking too get outta of it im in a deficit as well when i come off ill see if its the var making me stronger or test.

AK80I did 50mg last night in my upper left cheek with a 31g x 1/2" slin pin and didn't feel a thing.
It’s got a little bite for sure. Worth it.
I found it didn't really give pip but that was the non guaiacol version of tne. Like I told Sparta whether 50mg or 100mg it's way more than what we( body) would normally produce in a day for sure. As far as performance enhancement...its testosterone. So an enhancement to a certain extent.
Is bite correlative to volume? Or have you never tried injecting less than a full cc? I just got a couple vials since my main squeeze doesn’t carry it. Gonna try it out this Friday on my plyo day and see if it makes an appreciable impact on performance. But was gonna just do 0.5cc

Well I did 50mg (straight to the quad lol). No pip and no weird taste in my mouth. The smell actually isn’t that strong from the oil. Y’all talk about it filling your house and shit lol bunch of over exaggerators. Did not give a performance boost per se. I didn’t jump noticeably higher from last week, but the time between sets was drastically less. I just constantly felt ready to go. Knew it kicked in when I got hot as hell just sitting on my couch waiting for it to kick in, so I could go do my workout.
Maybe I’ll try 100mg next time. I could see it being beneficial at the 50mg before going and playing pick-up for a couple hours.
Definitely try it again at 100mg and you will see a difference bud, for sure the energy boost and constant urge to go is the main feature of it. Never seem out of breath either. The exercises I get the main benefit on are the Big, CNS back involved ones where they take a lot of whole body effort such as squats and deadlifts, say you are hitting heavy deads and hit a grind low down mid shin for some reason - with the TNE you will have much more strength and mental will powder to pull through it where as without you may just think not today. Then after the lift you will not feel as buggered either. I've never got any real benefit from pinning it before bench so I never do, although when it has Anadrol added to it that is pretty good. I think its because you are laid down on bench and the whole exercise is no where near as taxing as a deadlift etc. You must see some benefit in cleans for sure!
I start my plyo day with cleans. It wasn’t anything noticeable there either in terms of power output. But I’ll try 100mg next time and see.
Ok, the guaiacol reports may have been overblown lol. Honestly though, my experience with it is pretty much limited to one 4yo vial of 87’s TNE that I snatched out of one of my bro’s gear box.
I really liked it. Kinda the same as you I guess, my strength did not increase but TNE definitely shines in the intensity and volume department.
@press1 mentioned hunger as being a side effect. I didn’t experience this, probably because I’m always eating anyway, but one of my training partners did big time.
So now, when he uses TNE preworkout, right after we’re done he wants to go straight to a restaurant and smash. You never have to ask me twice when it comes to food
Lol no my man the guaiacol report isn't overblown but that can vary from brand to brand I imagine. Any amount of guaiacol has a strong smell and medicine type taste for sure lol. It's just not for me so no offense to anyone. I've had both guaiacol and non guaiacol versions but didn't use gauicol version. I've gone 50mg which was sufficient enough. Gotta remember this is more testosterone than what the body normally would produce in a day
I had zero taste injecting. Smell was gone from the room little over an hour later. No worse than something like icy hot
Must be different with different folks. I've said this before ... that smell stayed in my truck for awhile. Small leak somehow.
Smell aside it did jack up my HRV sleeping last night so I stayed in a constant “stressed” state according to health metrics. So I’d absolutely say not worth the benefit of using TNE as a preworkout vs the aftermath of it. High stress sleep is not restorative at all.

My sleep lately has been trash and yeah everything starts with sleep regardless of how much damn food or gear we take. I notice a big difference with good sleep. Better strength, pumps etc

But yeah, as far as guaiacol’s effect on the body, it’s pretty nasty stuff. Not something you want to routinely ingest for too long. I’m pretty sure after a week or maybe even less you go pull C-Reactive Protein you’re gonna see your body doesn’t like it

I know as usual its on a mouse, but it shows its toxicity as a compound - what level is dangerous to us who knows? I wish we could come up with an alternative as a solvent to keep things suspended in all honesty.
I've started to use Tablets a lot more lately than injectable orals to get round this possible danger, and I must admit I do feel a lot more healthy when using routinely.
That study is alarming Press. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I totally agree that guaiacol is not something you want to routinely put in your body. What also needs to be said is that basic panels CBC/CMP etc. don’t show the complete picture. LDH (Lactate Dehydrogenase) and CRP (C-Reactive Protein) can show that you have inflammation and tissue damage while all other CMP markers are in range. So someone could potentially think that guaiacol isn’t having a negative impact on their body because they didn’t get labs that show it.
Idk if there is an alternative. I told you about injectable orals that I’ve used suspected in meg/peg without guaiacol or EO. lol, it’s just that meg/peg is nasty stuff too. I know it’s possible to produce 50mg TNE with only BA/BB and I’m hoping to get my hands on some. I would be very happy with just that.
