I’ve tried clen, T3, ephedrine, phentermine, all of it. Clen should also be ran low especially if you’re running T3 with it. I struggle enough with anxiety so I don’t like running any fat burners/thermogenics high. Might try clen/T3 stack again soon. I lost 60lbs last year without it though. Just good ol diet, hard training, and gear lol.

Got bloodwork done yesterday and got partial results. I will be posting full bloods when I get everything in. I’m currently running 500mg of PA’s test cypionate and 150mg of PA’s tren ace. Currently taking another lab’s caber and arimidex.

I didn’t know my prolactin was so low until I got these results. I had some prolactin related gyno in the past so I wanted to stay on top of it being on two 19nors. Guess I was too on top of it.

What's anyone's thoughts on an ai will it interfere with my gains if too much and how much should I take if I feel symptoms?
Running an AI is all person to person dependent. Some people aromatize easier than others. This is why regular lab work but most importantly any symptoms will dictate if you need an AI or not. Dose will also be something you’ll have to play with to fully dial in. A rough starting estimate I’ve seen that is a good starting point is for Arimidex is take however much test you’re running and divide by 500 and then adjust up or down from there for the week. For Aromasin take however much test you’re running and divide by 20 and that can be where you start and adjust up and down weekly as needed. Again everyone if different and only lab work and symptoms will dictate when and how much an AI is needed. If you’re running something like test and primo you might not need any AI as primo acts like a pseudo AI. It’s basically one big human lab experiment to see how much you need or not but again regular lab work is worth it as it’ll give you an indicator of where your estrogen is at and even more importantly go off symptoms. Some ppl can have high estrogen zero sides and be gtg. It’s all really person to person specific so you’ll have to just experiment. If running Anadrol in a cycle you’ll want tamoxifen as Arimidex and Asin won’t do anything for the estrogen effects of Anadrol same thing as if you run tren you’ll want prami pexel or Caber on hand in case you get high prolactin sides as you don’t want to start lactating so it’s definitely important to know how each of the AIs and Serms work depending on what compounds you’re running. But again go based off how you feel as if your nips get sore or puffy or something feels off you’ll def need to up the AI and again get regular lab work as that will really give you a picture of where things are.
The dividing by 500 thing I’ve never heard of. So you’re saying for a 500mg a week cycle of test you should do 1mg of adex a week? That’s a little high in my experience. I think maybe divided by 1000 because starting dose is usually .25mg 2x weekly as a rule of thumb. And I know you said everyone’s different which is right. I’m not saying anything you said is 100% wrong. Just never heard of the math equation to figure it out lol. I aromatize easily and usually have to run an AI consistently unless I’m running some sort of DHT. Some of my boys run monster cycles and barely take any AI at all. I am not that lucky.
It’s funna be a different for everyone. There’s a guy who just posted bloodwork, 200mg test and .25 arimidex three times a week( I think, I’m postive he’s on Ai and I think that was the dose) and his estro was through the fucking roof. And then I don’t need any AI till almost 700 test. So it varies greatly, that 500 things could be ok for some guys, we’d have to do some research to see what’s the most common AI dose needed at 500mgs

Yeah I had forgot where I saw that formula but figure it’s a very rough starting point and a person could always start on the low end of the spectrum like 0.25mg and go up and see how they feel and get blood work done to see. It’s all really a human science experiment since theirs no real right or wrong dose since everyone is so different
