Anyone have experience with semaglutide? I've never used it and got a friend wanting to get on it, need to know how much BAC to use to reconstitute it and what dose and frequency of pinning people have the best results with. Any info is appreciated
If it's 5mg SEMA and you add 2ml bac every 10 units will be .25 which is starting dose. For me that's the easiest for the dose I take.
You can reconstitute with 1ml of BAC. Dosing is titrated up every 4 weeks. You can take it once a week or you can micro dose to mitigate side effects. 0.25mg is the starting dose. I have ran it all the way up to 5mg/week splitting it Mon,Tues,Wed. In regards to best results? It is person dependent. I typically use it when I am fasting, ill run higher doses to avoid hunger. if the person is just using it to lose 1lb a week, start with recommended lowest dose and go up 0.25mg every 4 weeks. Doing a saltwater fast helps get rid of loose skin. If you're super fat that is the only way to lose weight and not get a bunch of saggy skin. People have lost 100lbs or more and you'd be surprised how tight everything looks afterwards. You won't get Autophagy losing weight any other way like dieting or just eating less.

Just drink this and only this. You'll feel like shit day 2 when all the parasites are dying in your body so take L-Arginine and L-Ornithine to neutralize them so you'll feel better.
