Ranger3252How many units are you running? It’s pretty simple math and should be something you should know before using.
You have 0.3, 0.5, 1 cc insulin needles. Take a one cc slin, fill up with BAC, and slowly release the bac water into one vial of your gh that has not been reconstituted at an angle. Do not shake, put upside down, throw it against the wall. Slowly swirl the medicine until it becomes into a liquid form, should take about 5-8 minutes.
If you’re using 2 units a day, you have 5 days worth of injections. If you’re using 5 iu a day it’s two days etc… store in fridge.

Sema will need to be reconstituted with BAC water. I use 1ml BAC water to reconstitute. Dosing protocol is suggested to be 0.25mg(250mcg) weekly for 4 weeks. Every 4 weeks adding another 0.25mg. So It would look like month 1 @ 0.25mg weekly, month 2 @ 0.50mg and so on. Here is a link to a peptide calc for drawing your dose.
