iCONicAre you fasting before or after your shots? I've ran sermorelin and ibutamoren peptides and I was told to fast one hour before and after shots. New to GH so I didn't know this is what I'm asking. Have you tried taking 1iu pre workout? I've been reading where some folks are doing that too. Sorry for all the questions
If I don’t answer something please ask again. I started with testosterone only (trt levels) and cjc1295 peptide. I have used it for year. I can say I did not experience any noticeable effects. I can say it was more of a “may work” then a “will work” in my experience. I’m sure everyone is different, my research kinda took to the conclusion the peptide will only do what our bodies will allow it to do, where as the HGH WIlLL add growth , not a maybe about it.
Now onto the GH use. I had added heavier TEST cycles and some other compounds since my journey into PED use. When I added the GH I was rounding the middle of a DECA/TEST/MAST cycle. I noticed the sleep right away, I am fighting some loose skin from a beer gut, the GH has tightened and thickened skin noticeably - I feel.
I have taken it up to 6iu @ night and 2 IU in morning with fasted cardio. I was not a fan of the morning dose bs it seemed to make me tired again (after waking up) and the day drags.
I have heard the info about not eating 2hrs ahead or behind of GH dose, I’ve heard to to take directly after eating. hear guys say that night time is not the best bc that’s when we release our own hGH. I elected to stick with 5iu nightly. I typically don’t eat directly before bed, and closet meal is protein shake anyways. The 5iu nightly gives me the mental “bang vs buck” as I get two nightly doses out of a 10iu vial : 20days for a 100iu kit. Math just works for me. There is a lot of info on here and guys with a lot more knowledge than me. I will say on the point of “working” vs wondering, when I worked up dose, I had pins & needles thro my handles & arms. Was not fun, or enjoyable at all ; my knuckles felt like golf balls. I still get a mild swelling feeling occasionally but nothing like what I experienced when working up higher dose. Maybe @anvil has some input to steer us straight?
anvilHey buddy, I would not eat high fat or high carb meals after taking GH. So if before bed around the time you are taking the shot and after just do what @Triggerman83 suggested make it a protein shake or protein based meal.
The fast before mk677 is because its a pill and be fully absorbed in your stomach if it is empty. I believe the fasting thought for gh is that its releasing fatty acid into the blood stream for lipolysis, so as not to add more while this occurs. Hope this helps.

This is what I'm getting so far, if I eat a couple hours before my GH shot, make sure it's protein and not fat or carbs. Definitely no fat or carbs after the GH. I've got a bad problem about "sleep eating" aka getting up half asleep and smashing food due to the sleeping meds I take. Gonna have to try to get that under control I see
anvilI mean I don't have anything say about prior to taking the injection , but pill or liquid, or anything that gets broken down in the stomach I wouldn't. Yes, late night eating is going to mess you up all together because your body's natural liver glucose dump at night.
I personally have to eat something particularly a base before taking anything. I do have a strange bile condition that may contribute to that though. If I even try to take a vitamin on an empty stomach I’m guaranteed to throw up within 15-20 minutes.
Just a thought as I’m sure some others experience similar. Something as simple as a piece of wheat bread, baking soda/water, oatmeal, granola, etc. while it may make it absorb as a lesser rate- it’s much better than throwing everything up.

iCONicI have no issues with taking anything. But by the time my GH gets here, I will have run out of my mk677 so it'll be a smooth transition to GH nightly here very soon.

M W F Sunday I am taking .625ml of PA's Test Blend 3 of Tren A 100mg/ml and Test P 100mg/ml. Running this for a total of 8 weeks. Total of 250mg Tren A weekly, and 510mg Test weekly (260mg cyp 250mg Prop)

The one tid bit I did grab I forgot to mention. I was told 2iu nightly is around “our prime” natural production , 3iu for fat burning, 4iu+ for mass and bodybuilding.
