Pro tip : signed up for informed delivery with usps and you can see when tracking numbers are created for your address and track them (obviousl). I see them on there before I get the email with the tracking.

Exactly, it's Christmas. I ordered something for my daughter from the west coast and the tracking is moving super slow although it's a two-day priority. It's been more like 10 days now.
Some things are out of our hands and if you didn't get a reply have you checked your spam folder? And are using an encrypted email? Like I said it's a tough time of year to be placing an order because obviously this isn't Amazon

Mine was like that. Took a normal time of 6-7 days instead of the ultra fast 3-4 I am used to.
If they were a worse source these delays wouldn’t even register . Mine ran a couple days late but it was still well within the TA time posted on their ad
I’d almost guarantee your stuff is on the way it’s prob the carrier that’s the hold up. This is the worst time of year to order anything as the carriers get bombarded and don’t have enough staff to meet timely delivery times. One thing I’ve learned when ordering gear is avoid Christmas time and if ordering anything internationally avoid the month of Jan/Feb due to there long holidays they have. Just friend request 87 wait till he accepts it and then I’m sure he can look into it, but again I’m prob 99.9% sure your order is on the way.
