100% agree I actually said to the Dr's so what would you guys do in the time of just Exrays cause I feel yall running me through every scan possible and I'm not seeing the benefit my insurance is with Cinga and no they aren't happy at all especially since I lost my job due to this and I'm not gonna be paying anymore in to them.Crazy thing is once I lost my job and insurance some how now I'm eligible for more help. Dude I should show you the pics of what my leg looked like when I ripped one of my hamstring tendons off the bone at the knee about 6 months ago. Same knee I tore my ACL on 3 years ago, so preexisting condition to warrant an MRI when it’s bruised and swollen like how it was back then. Nope. Two X-rays and 4 doctor office visits and some begging, with edema so bad you could dimple 1/2 inch craters in my shin, and then they finally let me go get an MRI. Only to then be told there’s nothing they can do to repair it lol

I have lots of good weeks with some bad weeks sprinkled in. I did something to tweak my knee recently so it’s sore/swollen, so I’m having one of those bad weeks. Do a lot more elliptical these days to try and limit the impact and getting those weeks with swelling/fluid build up in the knee. Seems to help

I watch a lot of Dr Mike videos these days so I’m big on slow eccentric, deep stretch, with a pause in that stretch on all my lifts. It seems to help with keeping loose and strong at those extreme joint angles. Deep high bar squats are still a staple in my programming although now I get all my extra leg volume from things like leg press, leg curl/extension, hack squats, smith machine squats. Also really like deep bulgarian split squats to focus on one leg at a time. During my ACL recovery I found I would often shift more to my healthy side, which caused imbalances and eventually overuse injuries. So now definitely more single leg stuff so that can’t happen.

was talking to @press1 yesterday about the split squats. I added them for the isolation , that deep strong stretch. really like them in cage as upright were great to get the balance. I had tried the walking lunges and about shredded my groin with 30lb kettlebells.lol
My insurance didn't even care if I paid out of pocket it took them 7 months to finally do an MRI on my shoulder. And after the surgery it took him another year to do a second one to see how well it and healed. And they probably wouldn't have done the MRI at all if it wasn't for me constantly giving them shit about not doing anything.
healthcare industry is so shitty. hospitals local to me we have to large corporations that run them. the one that is efficient and well providing, only accepts state/fed ins. all others are to be recouped via insurance by individuals through their insurance. my daughter fractured her ankle at ballot , cost me $964 and we were home in less than 1hr. my insurance dicked around for 3 months fighting me, ended up paying me $357 back. i learned so much about our healthcare and functional medicine in 2023 bc I couldn't fucking walk. while dealing with me knee with a self pay dr, I asked about TRT and educated further.
An intramuscular injection done in you glutes will not remain for months and it definitely won't travel up into your spine.
Doctors are not going to find an oily substance months after injecting. So fucking stupid man.

I had an infection in my right butt cheek, but that was MY fault. As soon as I saw it was red and inflamed beyond what I thought was kosher I took my ass to the ER and got it taken care of. I’ve been taking gear for several years and have had 3 infections, 2 in my left quad, and the last one in my right cheek. It’s up to ALL of us as individuals who know we are injecting ourselves with NO medical experience need to be careful and keep a close eye on our body’s reactions to the injection. Regardless of how sterile you think you are being, shit can happen and go wrong. You are at fault for letting it get that bad.
I AGREE to certain extent I truly did think I'd pulled a muscle ,and as far as the hard lump I had in my glut.I was vigilant I felt in looking for redness feeling for heat in it ,I had even had blood work done while the hard lump was present. I was later told that the back doesn't have alot of blood flow as far as organs there's not alot blood flowing thur the bottom of the back, so when I got my blood work done and everything was good I figured I was good Doc has said several times since then that an infection like I have is hard to see just by blood work hence the 2 MRIs CT with contrast,Exrays the aspiration of the fluid at bottom of my spine was the defining factor after the cultures that determined, the type of bacteria it actually was .So yeah could I have went sooner YES but without alot of the procedure's done I don't think they would have found it anyway. Lesson learned I will say that .Kinda scarey how it was hid even from the Dr's for about 3 week

Do we know when the bad batch of test E was shipped? I ordered on Jan 8th. I have not started my cycle yet so i don't know if i received any of the bad test E. I sent an email asking but have not heard back.
There was a small bad batch of test C.
I believe the Test E was widespread because of an issue with the raws not so much a bad batch
