Well I've definitely learned my lesson and will be stocking up when things get back to normal.

Tossed in NAC & TUDCA everyday. 2 or 3 days of no smoking, drinking or taking my Adderall and I was fine. I know it's hard for some people to quit though. That was 4 years ago. That decision I made on a Thursday I weighed 196 and on Sunday I weighed 205. That's 9 pounds just from stopping all that and eating salmon, rice, oatmeal, eggs, tons of water and tons of sleep all weekend.
