Ranger3252I have that issue with delts because of scar tissue. I warm the oil and if it doesn’t want to cooperate I just move the needle slightly until I have no resistance.
Awesome -- that's what I have to do now as well, I still a big ass knott but it's smoother with heat. I've been on Bio Pharma for a bit and it's hit or miss on potency which sucks. With PA I never had any issues, plus I'm sure I have scar tissue slowing the release..
Probably cause you're pinning in scar tissue slightly pull needle up or twist it then try and push again
