How should I run the test no ester?
Anon1ml hour pre workout, there's a million ways, some do an am/pre workout shot, some do whole cycles of it 3-4x day.. Some hit it an hour before working out or a large meal even, do some research we actually just bumped a thread on it on main site. Tne and suspension.

How much do you use preworkout? And how does it affect you estro? Is there anything you have to adjust because of it’s use. I was using between 33 to 40 mg TNE on heavy workouts but I didn’t notice a huge boost. It was always only one brand so could have been bunk or I was being too conservative in its use.

The highest I’ve ran was 500mg deca but I don’t think 500mg is needed. His gear is solid and has been every time I’ve ran it. You will see results at 300mg.
