Payment was through CENSORED and received a notification from a shipping company that requested I pay for a refundable insurance until delivered. Anyone else experience this?

To make sure no one thinks this site was hacked. When the Website was acting up I went to google from a different search engine and that is where i found the website that looked just like the actual site. This was my mistake and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company.
