I was one of the unfortunate people who ordered during the system being down. All my payment info was lost but I knew something was up when the website was acting glitchy and went ahead and emailed them to check if everything was ok. They confirmed on their end they were having issues with the system but it was fixed now. A couple emails later with some screenshots and they found my information and confirmed it immediately. These guys rock. Hands down the best customer service period, better than my freakin bank. Even during system problems they hustled hard to make sure everyone's order was confirmed and going out. They are total bro's.

I know it will be made right, I have always had great experiences with 87 and his site. Just trying to get a sense of what expect and plan accordingly. I feel bad must be nightmare dealing with the website crash.
It took several days at first of emailing back and forth then I think he got a little caught up today because they emailed me back and forth today very quickly several times until he said the issue was resolved. And yeah, I think it's been a rough week for them judging from our conversation but they seem to be working through it.

I wish more people did this. They think if you put a guy on blast you’ll get a quicker response which is just silly. You might get the quicker response you were looking for but at what cost. There is something to be said about trust and patience especially in these types of things.
