I watched footage live when it actually happened on tv. Couldn't believe my eyes. I've seen it over and over and there were way too many people to control. The country the colonists left then wanted a piece of it and imposed taxes. We went to war. A lot of bad shit in between, but let’s fast forward to today. Our elected government, who are supposed to represent the voices of the people, what we need, want, and desire, but they’re making decisions on their own and under influence of pharmaceutical, commodity, and infrastructure companies. Foreign nationalists with vested interests on American soil. Our rights that are supposed to be guaranteed to us are trampled every day. It’s past time for we the people to take this great country back. It’s probably too late. We’re too busy boycotting bud light than standing up to congress and stopping illegal immigrants from getting free housing, healthcare, and food while American veterans are having hard times. We’ve turned into a nation of pussies, myself included. Every time I read or see a group of 100 people showing up at a politicians or judges house to protest I stand up and clap. Now should a law be broken, I’m dealing with this currently with an asshole (he’s better off in prison where he’s safe from my hand), it’s a different ball game. In a nutshell, our taxes pay police officers to write us speeding tickets and enforce laws we may not agree with.
