So Frank, just thought id let you know that although i havent tried the gear i got from you yet, i did sell 1 jug of prop to my boy so he could try it out. He just texted me and said that the shit is fucking fire. He is 100% in love with this stuff. He wanted to buy the other 4 jugs i have left even offered to pay extra for them. I unfortunately had to give him the "no can do homeboy, Frankie's outta business and im keeping this gold for myself". Thanx for the great shit bro, cant wait to run it myself!
Well im sad to say it, but i sold the rest of my prop jugs to my buddy. What can i say, he offered me a price i couldnt refuse. Must have been really good shit cuz he was willing to pay almost anything for them. Wish i could have held out and tried some for myself :(
It's not that I have a problem waiting for gear. The problem I have is the constant lie's and empty promises of gear being sent long ago when it never was. I've been at this a long time, and used to have to wait months for gear in the past. Waiting is not a problem, it's being dragged along for 2 months being told "you're at the top of the list", "you're going out this week", etc.... If things are going to be delayed, let me know. That's all I ask. I'm fine waiting if I'm told about it. Don't tell people "it's going out this week", when it's not. As a business owner myself, I would be out of business if I told lies and empty promises to me clients. I'm successful because I'm honest with my clients and they in turn trust me with their business and provide me with referrals. I know this isn't Amazon or Wal-Mart, you're still running a business where there is an exchange of money for an expected product.
I have no doubt my gear will arrive someday. I'm just frustrated by the way this has been handled and I just needed to vent a little. Ok, now exhale... I feel better. Thank you for your time!

When you pay for my gear you can tell me how to feel about being lied to repeatedly, and what qualifies as being honest. Telling someone repeatedly that their order shipped, not "will ship", when it has not and then sending them their order months later does not make someone an honest person no matter how difficult this business may be.
If suppliers want buyers to have patience when waiting for orders then they shouldn't lie to them and tell them their goods have shipped when they have not. Most people can understand and handle delays when they are given the truth of the situation. You see anger and revolt when they are lied to.
Amen brother. Hopefully they don't bleed Frankie out to the point where he gives up cooking all together. Still hoping there is a small glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel and we see prestige surface somewhere.

I've been dragged along with empty promises of my gear being shipped for 2 months. I'm almost to the point that I would just like my money back!

If you have been following along the pre tracker gets issued when he packs the gear. It activates when he drops the gear off at the PO. He has many orders, and for safety sake he only ships a limited # per day. Its not your day yet! At least that is my take on this. Hold tight Christmas is coming! LOL ;-P
Approaching the 2 week mark on my tracker and it's still not active. I have a hard time believing that the Royal Mail system is that inefficient. I've had plenty of items shipped to me through them overs the years and I've never not had a tracker go live within a couple days. Holidays or not, it seems odd. I feel it's more likely that my items once again have still not shipped and not a T/A or customs issue. I may get my gear eventually, but the constant stream of dishonesty I have received from Frankie since the beginning in regards to my order's shipping status speaks for itself in my opinion.
I've actually had the opposite experience with trackers. Between my job and my personal life I send and receive between 20-30 items a month from all over the globe and through different shipping companies. The only times I've found a tracker useless is when I ship an item domestic to a state very close to mine and the item is usually in the receiver's possession within 24 hours so by the time the tracker goes live it shows that it has also been received.
ive never ordered from him but i have had stuff sent through royal mail and it never updated until after i recieved it.could be that idk just my experience with it.
