If you were a new customer that made an account a week before us going down then yes. You see every once in awhile when we have to much orders and customer info we delete it for your protection.

I like the idea of all my info getting deleted after my pack is sent. It is worth the time to make a new account every time I order.

It just gets deleted every few months or so, usually orders get deleted every week, but customer accounts get deleted more rarely

NDG... is there going to be a sale for the holiday or ? I just got on the site and see all prices are same as always.
