just had a leg day today. went hard and my legs gave out. Had my truth partner to catch the weight tho. Cannot wait to have some extra gym motivation with some things from myo!

Fun, ain't it. I hit legs so hard one day, the pump was unreal so I went to show my wife, flexed my quads, my legs went out and I dropped to my knee. Happened once with DB Lunges also. Lots of Fun! LOL ;-P
