OTC would be minoxidil and nizoral shampoo.
More effective dht blockers are finasteride, dutasteride or ru58841.
Fin and duta block conversion of test to dht, so ineffective against dht derivatives such as winny or masteron which are already basically dht. If you wish to use those, ru and nizoral are your only hope as they block dht at the base of your hair follicles as they are topically applied.
Minoxidil is a hair growth stimulant.
×2 on the nizarol mate works wonders and clears up any acne I get ;)

Fin blocks test converting to dht, winny and mast are effectively already dht so it wouldn't help based on my research. I don't wanna take over MDs SI discussing this though.
