The cut off point for sending things is about 5 so would be tricky to get that sent out same day I'd imagine. I received no emails for my order either. Usually I get a couple notifications as the stages progress. Yesterday I just made the Order, heard nothing and then arrived today

There are different ways of making a donation so that will result in different timescales in regards to items being sent ...if a donation has been made within the 48hour timescale of the site being closed / order being placed then just sit and wait and your pack will arrive in good.
Iv never seen the on hold status before mate but it's there on the website. Hopefully you'll get it before he shuts up shop for the summer.
They often change status from processing to complete around 5-6 time UK
