As I have stated to you moments ago in your PM asking for a tracking number, you did NOT select a tracked shipping method. You selected REGULAR AIRMAIL - (No Tracking Provided - No Signature Required).
If you would like you can send us an email to our sales department requesting to see the shipping records, which we keep on file for 60 days from the date of shipping. The shipping records will be a shipping photo of your order in a sealed bag next to the parcel showing your shipping address. Also the postal certificate. Also a log of the initial of the person who packed your order.
If you want to see any of these records then you will need to email us, but please do NOT use your Hotmail email address, as you will unlikely get a response from us!

for sure, it is my second order they are both displayed and marked as completed on my account. the first one arrived after 3 days. dont know whats going on right now, i understand that there is a delay because the website was down some days, but now is sept 21th and i still got nothing. also i dont understand why nobody's responding, my provider doesnt block their mails because i also received the newsletter.

Some guys gotta chill out a little because in an ideal world we would all receive our packs with 24 /48 hours from any source but we need to remember that this isn't always the case and as long as packs land thats what matters ....I've tested many different sources from the forum and yea some and lighting quick at times and then super slow at other times .....it's just how it works....there is no promise to say that we will always get a quick turn around so when that happens it's a nice bonus..
Planning a cycle in advance and purchasing in advance wouldn't go a miss it seems as some of the comments almost come across as desperate at times.
Also take into account that when making a donation via the different methods provided .....some methods will be more timely than others which will to a delay in shipping etc etc...

I did Google search on the error there is bit of info out there about it, if your desktop works might be worth checking your phone operating system is upto date with the latest version of Google Chrome that's if restart of your router does not work,
on Wikipedia it shows the stable recent release for google chrome on all operating systems includes beta releases, I had issues on older version of Android when using Google browser always could be something else plenty of results on searching the error.hope that helps
