Hi, I received an email telling me that my item was sent Special Delivery on Tuesday 18th June. It's still not arrived and your email/ website is down.
Please tell me I haven't burnt £75.
You website and email system seems to be down. I am wondering how this affects my order. payment way made on the 20th June.
It doesn't affect your order in any way mate. It will only affect communication during the server down time, as my email is also down too.

I got my order today, placed my order on Monday, was shipped on Thursday at my request. Had good communications with MD.
I will be ordering again next week as theres some stuff I missed!

I didn't realise the server had gone down so I got a bit worried when I didn't get my confirmation email.
I sent MD a PM and he got back to me straight away, after locating my payment he confirmed my order was on its way within half an hour of messaging him.
Nice guy, Great service.
