I have brought T3 & Clen to help me lose 3 stone but im not sure how many tables should I take to start with . Can someone advice me How many Clen and T3 tablets should I take at the start to lose weight? Please advice and should I take Milk Thistle with them both to help the Liver ?
U dont need milk thistle. I'm only talking my personal experience. Take 20mg of clen and start to asses your tolerance up it by 20mg a day when you start to get the jitters this is a working dose no need to go higher, take it 2 weeks on 2 off. This is what I do but is not telling you what you should do. I work upto 80mg of clen I use to go higher in the past but I found md meditech clen to be pokey as fap. With t3 people say u should ramp up and down which I used to do but I myself the last 2 times I cut did not ramp of and I found I myself had no negative sides, this is me not necessarily the same for someone else. Keep your lean protein high eat especially things like oily fish. Keep carbs lower certainly nun after 6 (depending on training times) up your cv. Do not think you will lose fat sitting on your arse y won't, although an effective stack it doesn't do miracles. I found hiit exercising effective it will double your fat loss if done properly. Been following MuscleDevelop.co for a while now also during the time the site was down. I'm glad its back online again as I was looking for a great source and reading people's reviews on here I realized MuscleDevelop.co is the right place to be from now on to place orders.
I'm a martial artist, not looking to mass gain but keeping strength,speed and conditioning levels at optimum level. Was using anavar before from a local supplier in the netherlands provided by GS but i'm questioning the quality of the products i received.
