Dude don't even sweat it. If your that concerned take the time to read back 6 or 7 pages and you will see british Dragon (bdeu) has an on going issue with MD (not related to fakes) and as a result it seems BD has removed MD as an official reseller. That's at least my take on it, I'm sure MD will clarify with you here or PM.

I can only give a rough estimate of about a week mate. All the UGL HGH comes from China and it takes a quite a while to get here, and on top of that there is no guarantee it will even make it through customs, so I don't like to say exactly when.
We do have plenty of pharma grade Pfizer Geno pens in stock though.
